Member Benefits
The
Minnesota Council for Quality is a member-based organization that offers
individual and organization memberships. We currently have over 300
members representing over 130,000 employees throughout and beyond Minnesota
(as of 9/30/11).
As
a member, your contribution not only helps us execute our vision of
assisting Minnesota
organizations to improve their performance, but also entitles your organization
- and all employees that fall under the organization's membership -
to specific benefits. Our goal is to provide value for your contribution
- to provide a return on your membership investment.

Current Council memberships include
the following benefits (for all employees under the membership):
- Recognition
- Recognition of your support of the
Council and a commitment to performance improvement with a certificate
and letter.
- Public announcement of your membership
support in the Council's newsletter, in our website's member directory,
and in press releases distributed to local media.
- One Scholarship for an Evaluator in
need of support for training, in your organization's name (for Sponsoring
members only).
- Access to Services
- Receipt of our monthly electronic
newsletter, which offers announcements, improvement tips, and other
helpful information.
- Access to the member-only functionality
of the Clearinghouse, including access to our Consultant Referral

- Discounts to Council-sponsored workshops, seminars, webinars, conferences, and Lean Six Sigma Forums (amount varies, but typically range from $50-200 discount per event per person)

- A 16% discount to Evaluator training
for all employees in your organization ($200 for new Evaluators
and $100 for second-year).
- A 30-67% discount to all Council assessment
services (for Supporting and Sponsoring members only; this discount
ranges from $2500-4000 depending on organization size and type of assessment).

Continuing Education courses.
- A $10 discount to all Association for Strategic Planning discussions (a $90 value per year per employee).

15% discount to quality/improvement courses at the Center for Business Excellence, University
of St.
Thomas.
- A

meetings (a $90 value per year per employee).
- A 50% discount to all MN Chapter of the International Society of Performance Improvement (MNISPI) meetings.
- A $5 discount to all MN Facilitators Network meetings.
- A 10% discounts to Normandale Community College.
- A 5% discount to all Project Management Institute (PMI) meetings.
